What we are, stated plainly
LegalNet is two people, Leslie Palomera-Fimbres and Francisco Fimbres. We are not attorneys and we do not give legal advice.
What we do is connect you with a licensed attorney in our network who handles your kind of case. The attorney pays us a referral fee. You never pay us anything.
If any of that changes how you feel about using us, that is a reasonable response, and it is why we put it near the top of the page rather than in the footer.
How we choose attorneys
Every attorney in the LegalNet network goes through this before we refer anyone to them.
Active license, in good standing
We verify their Arizona Bar status directly.
Proven experience in the specific practice area
Personal injury, immigration, criminal defense, or workers' compensation. We do not refer generalists for specialized cases.
Reputation and community trust
How they are known and regarded, including feedback from clients and the community, not just credentials on paper.
Bilingual capability
The attorney or their staff must be able to serve clients fully in Spanish, not just have someone who speaks a little.
Genuine client care
How they treat people matters as much as case results to us. We look for attorneys who are responsive, respectful, and invested in the outcome for the client, not just processing cases.
This is not a one-time check. We stay close to how each attorney treats the clients we send them, and that ongoing relationship determines whether we keep referring to them.
Do not take our word for it
Every attorney in Arizona is listed publicly by the State Bar of Arizona, including their licence status and any public discipline history. You can look up anyone we send you to, before you speak with them.
